As designers, especially freelance, it’s important to network, and get your name and work out there. It’s how you build up customers, meet potential partners, etc. Sort of important :) We are also our harshest customer, so designing our own stuff always takes a bit longer. And whenever you finally, after 1,345,654 different revisions, finish your cool new design, then you’ve got to get it printed.
